This class with Kayla Stierwalt follows a discussion based format. Each week class covers 12 chapters of the book. The first session includes and introduction to the course and the first 11 chapters. As students engage the text, we will examine the sisters' familial bonds and how they differ as individuals. We will also look at each little woman's aspirations and how likely she is to achieve them depending on society's expectations and her own actions. The discussion around society includes...
