In this ongoing course we will go on a different animal adventure each week. We will go on a safari to Africa, the Amazon Rainforest and The Outback. We will also go on a Deep sea and a Dinosaur Adventure. This class is designed for young learners who like to learn a few things about animals while getting in some exercise. Please make sure learners have a workout space, comfortable clothes and water nearby. I also encourage students to share a favorite animal each class along with a fun fact (this is not required). ****Parents please be advised if there is background noise that makes it hard for other learners to hear I will mute the learner. I want it to be a positive experience for all. **** No refund will be issued. Please be sure to unsubscribe the Sunday prior to the class you are unable to attend. Parental Guidance
*Have your child wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
*Have a water bottle nearby.
*Have an open space to complete their workout moves.
*Warm up before class by stretching.

Hello! My name is Shelley. My husband and I have two kids and together we enjoy hiking, gardening, cooking, beach trips and just try to enjoy the outdoors any way we can. I graduated with a bachelor's in health science and have always had a interest in healthy living.
