Description
Class Experience
Students will be able to: 1. Read words in groups rather than in a word-by-word pattern. 2. Increase reading speed through rereading and assessment 3. Improve reading confidence
Each week learners will be assigned sentences or paragraphs as reading practice.
I will supply materials needed for class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Learners are assessed each week through a fluency tracker. Parents will also receive a written report at the end of the course.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
The teacher will provide independently created sentences and paragraphs for students to read.
