Class Experience

In this one-time class students will complete a kitchen challenge with Winter Wonderland as the theme. There is no required recipe however whatever students prepare must meet challenge requirements.  Since the theme is Winter Wonderland students must prepare a dish that is in the shape of a snowman.  They must also use at least one white ingredient and at least one round ingredient. Students will learn to be creative in the kitchen and practice conversation skills.
Students are required to use the mystery ingredients and provide other food items to create their dish.

There is no required recipe for this challenge.  You are allowed to use your imagination and whatever you have in your home kitchen.  Please purchase any items that will help you meet the challenge requirements listed below:
- Your dish must be in the shape of a snowman
- You must use at least 1 round ingredient
- You must use at least 1 white ingredient

1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

There is no specific recipe for this challenge so students will be using what they have at their disposal.  They may need assistance navigating their home kitchens and permission to use certain ingredients. They will be preparing a dish that is in the shape of a snowman. Their dish must include one round ingredient and one white ingredient.
