Introduction to Performance Mindfulness

In this one time class students will learn what mindfulness is, what the benefits of practicing mindfulness are, and how to practice mindfulness to help them perform better both in and out of the classroom.

Class Experience

US Grade 9 - 12
Advanced Level
Introduction to Performance Mindfulness will allow students to learn what mindfulness is and what the benefits of practicing mindfulness has on performance both in and out of the academic setting.  Class will be taught in a highly interactive manner with the students encouraged to answer questions presented to them during lecture and ask questions after each topic is explained.  Students will also learn different ways to practice mindfulness.
