Teacher Rules:

Although parents are welcomed as a support and encouragement in class, remember that the student must be the one to answer the teacher audibly. The parent(s) should never be visible on camera, especially in a group class. If there are distractions or technical issues, class may be stopped, as the student will not be effectively learning. There will be no refund for these issues. Additionally, if a student is 10 minutes late, class will be canceled and there will be no refund. However, the teacher may give the student a discount, if the parent reaches out, for a future class and a scheduling issue.

Students should make sure you they are paying attention to the teacher and repeating the teacher when possible. Make sure there are no distractions. Please do not wear hats or distracting clothing in class, as this can not only be distracting to the teacher, but also other students. Make sure that students remain polite and do not use foul language or chew gum in class.

If a student or family member has an emergency or does not believe they can make it to class at their scheduled time, please notify the teacher within 12 hours of class start time. You may then reschedule or cancel class. Under 12 hours before class, please note that the teacher will have to charge for class and there will be no refund. Outschool will be helpful with this situation, as well as the teacher, so feel free to reach out.

I hope that you will enjoy our class together and join this English Learning Adventure. See you soon in the classroom.
