Mastery Evaluation
1 hour per week. If the student is personally interested in reading literary plays, I will suggest him/ her short plays to read and practice. However, if the student had a test on a literary text that we worked on, I would offer him/ her a session to reflect on his/ her test results afterwards.Grading

US Grade 9 - 12
Advanced Level
-The teaching material is based on which Shakespeare's play the student want to work on. -I will simplify and analyze the text, theme and characters. -In the first session I will give an introduction to Shakespeare, the play and the characters. -Each session, I will go over 1-2 acts (it can be more or less depending on student's chosen pace and preference). Along with explaining the text, I will also point out the figures of speech. -My intention is to engage the students with the text and ask them to take part in the class and share their thoughts on and understanding of the text with me. -This class requires the students to have read the text before starting our session and pinpoint what their major difficulty in comprehending the text is. However, if it is difficult for them to identify what they are struggling with, I can help them figure it out in our first session.
Learning Goals
By the end of our course, the students in this class will be able to read and understand Shakespeare's plays easily and be ready for any kind of examination on the topic of Shakespeare's plays at school.

Parental Guidance
We might refer to some Shakespeare play videos to understand some parts, but there will be no upsetting or scary content for the learners as the media content will be checked thoroughly prior to the class.
Pre-Requisites
It will be the best if the learner prepares the material that we should work on before the class & let me know about it, so I know exactly what I need to focus on. Also, it will helpful if the learner rereads the texts before the class.
