Students will be given feedback and positive encouragement throughout class!Class Experience
Class will begin with a quick introduction followed by a guided stretch and move class! Learners will follow along with basic stretches and movements to music from Disney's FROZEN I and II! This is a great class for a brain break or to get some energy out after a long day. It's also a good way to start the day by stretching and moving to fun upbeat music! Throughout the class students will be given pointers on proper form and positive encouragement to stay active and be healthy! *Dance experience is not required for this class.
Learning Goals
Your child will learn basic stretches and movements while practicing musicality and listening skills. This class will help improve mobility, balance and coordination! Guided movement classes help with focus, discipline and listening skills. Learners will be able to get up and move while listening to their favorite FROZEN songs!

Parental Guidance
Please provide a safe space for your child to learn. Do not have class on a slippery floor or where things can be bumped or broken. *Wear comfortable clothes!
*You may want a water bottle nearby for a quick water break.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Teacher expertise and credentials
Bachelor's Degree in Music or Theatre or Arts from Southern Utah University
I have a Bachelors of Science Degree in Dance Performance with a minor in Health Education. In addition, I have been teaching and doing choreography for over 15 years. I was a background dancer in Disney's High School Musical 2. I have worked with all ages teaching ballet, jazz, tap and modern dance and have done the choreography for many musical productions and groups. I've taught numerous stretch and movement classes for children within the community.
