Puberty is a time of major change, and this course is here to guide boys through it with clarity and confidence. Boys ages 9-15 will explore topics like physical changes (growth spurts, voice changes, etc.), emotional shifts, personal hygiene, and understanding social boundaries. Each lesson builds knowledge while encouraging self-acceptance and healthy habits. With engaging videos, practical activities, and clear explanations, boys will learn not only what is happening but why, equipping them with the tools to adapt to changes in a healthy way.
