Knitting Class: Learn to Do the Knit Stitch (ages 11-14)

In this introductory class, students will learn how to do an easy cast on and how to do the knit stitch.   The class is set up as a workshop, so students will see a demonstration of how to do the stitches and then will practice the stitches.  This class is for the student who would like to try knitting, and is not for students who already knit!   Knitting is a fun way to relieve stress in a high tech world, so learning the basic stitch is a fun way to relieve stress. 
Mrs. Borton is a patient and understanding instructor who will guide learners on how to cast on and knit.  Class will use some google slides, but will mostly be hands-on.
