Students will be guided through a basic character study of Darth Vader. We will analyze the audio, visual, and physical clues that the storytellers used to portray Vader as a “bad guy”.

Description
Class Experience
Learners will be introduced to character analysis and will improve their ability to pick up on clues that storytellers use to build characters both on film and in writing.
2 files available upon enrollmentLearners should have a pen or pencil and a notebook. We will access the two handouts during class, and will also use Nearpod for our class presentation. Learners will be given the Nearpod class code when we begin the session. You may have www.nearpod.com open in another window prior to the class, but it is not necessary.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
