Students will work with a yeast dough and make a delicious meat pie.

Class experience

kneading, chopping, and balancing spices.
This will make 10-20 meat pies
2 pounds of ground meat (lamb, chicken, beef, or pork)
Italian parsley
1 large onion diced
sour cream
walnuts (optional)
raisins (optional)
for the dough: 
1.75 ounces warm water
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
16 ounces bread flour
2 teaspoons kosher salt
premade pizza dough works fine too.
We will be using the stovetop and knives.  Please have adult supervision available to ensure our young chef remain safe in the kitchen.
