Class Experience

I hold a degree in psycholinguistics from The University of Toronto. Also, I am a Mental Health and Addictions student.
I have experience in working with students who are on the spectrum, where I provided them with tips and techniques in staying organized. I also have over 2 years of experience leading children through a routine in a daycare environment. In addition to this, I am a certified mindfulness and emotional intelligence practitioner.
Lastly, I have experience in leading mindfulness groups and group coaching programs.
Students will be asked to practice the morning routine we created together for the next 7 days.
I will be creating the material using the book "Kids Morning Routine" and other resources I own regarding children's organization skills and routine skills.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parents are asked to help their child after the classes to follow the given routine and help their child fill in the handouts.
