This class is for students who want to go all-in and are serious about increasing their social and communication skills. I am a mental health and addictions student, I have a bachelor's in psycholinguistics, I am a certified mindfulness based practitioner, emotional intelligence practitioner and acceptance and commitment therapy based practitioner. Also, I have over 8 years of experience coaching social skills to students in an online and offline environment.
I will be creating and providing handouts to students when needed.
I will be creating my materials but I will be referring to resources I own from my emotional intelligence certification course, and mindfulness practitioner course. Also, I will be referring to workbooks and activities when creating materials.
