In this girls-only class, I provide a safe and uplifting space where young girls can express themselves, build confidence, and support one another.👇🏼 🌟 What to Expect: ✔️ Warm-Up & Icebreaker – Fun activities to break the ice and encourage connection. ✔️ Interactive Discussions – We explore important self-esteem topics through engaging conversations, relatable stories, and thought-provoking questions. ✔️ Confidence-Boosting Exercises – Guided activities based on positive psychology to help girls develop self-love and resilience. ✔️ Group Confidence Coaching – A supportive space where girls receive guidance, encouragement, and practical tools to build confidence in real-life situations. ✔️ Journaling & Take-Home Reflections – Meaningful prompts to continue their self-growth journey outside of class. ✔️ Empowering Affirmations – Beginning and ending each session with uplifting positive affirmations to reinforce confidence.
