ASL for beginners is an exciting and interactive class for children who want to learn Sign Language! If students have any questions about specific signs, I will create a video clip to teach the students. Each Sunday throughout the course, I will post our class video for the students to watch. Each class will have a list of 20-40 signs, sentences, and/or stories to learn. There will also be a bonus video at the end of each class to give the students extra practice opportunities. The students also will be encouraged to interact throughout the course by participating in weekly discussions, creating and sharing weekly videos, and asking questions. This course will be tons of fun!!! If your student already knows 500 signs (or more) and is familiar ASL grammar and classifiers, or has taken my previous courses, then this is the class for them! If not, then Part 1 will be a good starting point, this course is called: Learn to Sign in 10 Classes. I am looking forward to learning, laughing, and signing with your children soon!!
