Assessment
Students who would like a letter grade may opt in for a cumulative exam and letter grade. The overall grade will be assessed at 60% exam score and 40% completion of course.

Advanced Level
This course will introduce students to the last three units of AP Calculus AB as described by CollegeBoard. The instruction will focus on Integration, Reimann Sums, Differential Equations, Area, and Volume as well as a cumulative review of all Calculus AB units.

As a self-paced course students will have access to the following content:
1. A readiness assessment to review prior knowledge of algebra and geometry skills; lessons are recommended for review based on the results of the assessment
2. A guided lesson with short videos, practice problems, and a Desmos Interactive
3. Multiple choice and free response questions to practice the topic of the week

While there are no live lessons, student work will be graded or reviewed and feedback will be provided for each topic as needed.

 Power rule for integration

Learning Needs
Lesson videos are brief and loaded with pause and practice moments shown to improve learning outcomes for students with unique learning needs. Printable notes are provided for students who prefer to have guidance when taking notes.
Pre-Requisites
Students should have experience with Algebra, Geometry, and Trigonometry prior to taking this course. Something equivalent to PreCalculus is considered necessary for success, however, any student can enroll for enrichment.
Supply List
A TI-84+ calculator is recommended but not required. All calculations can be completed using the free graphing calculator at Desmos.com
