Homework assignments are given, but students are not required to complete them. The homework is designed to help the students try new things and become more comfortable in areas they feel weak in. It is only made to benefit the student and help them grow. The students do not have to submit the homework and are not required to show it to me. We, as artists, are often our own toughest critics. So, I will only ask that they reflect on the homework and share what they learned from it. Students are still very welcomed to show their homework in class or in the discussion board.
Preferred drawing medium like pens, pencils, paper or an Ipad with drawing apps.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
