Here are the top sources that I use in my Ancient Egypt classes. 1 - "Ancient Egyptian Hieroglyphics: A Social History" by Willeke Wendrich 2 - "Writing in Ancient Egypt" by Marc Coenen 3 - "Reading and Writing in Ancient Egypt" edited by R. B. Parkinson 4 - "The Materiality of Writing: A Trace Making Perspective" by Steven Roger Fischer 5 - "Black Pharaohs: Egypt, Nubia and Cultural Misperceptions" by Robert Morkot 6 - Khan Academy [1] - It is a free online learning platform that offers courses on various subjects, including Ancient Egypt. Khan Academy's courses are designed to provide an unbiased and comprehensive overview of the topic. 7 - Ancient Egypt [2] - This website provides a wealth of information about Ancient Egypt, including its history, culture, and society. It is an excellent source for learning about the perspectives of marginalized groups, such as women and slaves.
