Advanced Level
In this class students will learn advanced 2nd grade math skills including multi-digit addition and subtraction, multi-digit multiplication, fractions, and time. Do you have a student who is mastering 2nd grade math skills with ease or breezed through 1st grade math? This class is designed for learners seeking an additional challenge, where they can delve deeper into mathematical concepts and explore advanced material beyond the standard 2nd grade curriculum. Plus, we ensure that learning remains engaging and enjoyable through interactive activities, games, and hands-on learning. We will occasionally use Blooket in class. Parental consent is required to use Blooket. Learners will not need an account and do not need to login.
Scissors (Parental supervision is advised for the use of scissors.)
Pre-Requisites
Learners should understand how to add, subtract, and multiply. This class is for advanced learners at the second grade level looking for an additional challenge.
