課堂經歷
This course is a 4 week (one time per week) journey guiding your teen into the world of yoga. Your child will be taught yoga postures, participate in mindfulness activities, learn how to meditate and begin to understand how the breath can help decrease anxiety. This course is built to promote stress relief, improve flexibility and increase strength, while increasing self-confidence and body awareness. Week 1: We will cover the meaning of yoga, meditation and pranayama (breath techniques)....
Student's should finish this 4 week course with a better understanding of the true meaning of yoga. They will have been taught strategies to use when feeling anxious or upset. If your teen spends time outside of class practicing yoga postures (poses), by the end of this course they should also have improved flexibility and increased their strength. My hope is your child enjoys the course and uses what they have learned to better their life.
Ms. Amber is the founder of Flow On The Go, LLC. She is a certified Kidding Around Yoga teacher (KAY). She has also completed a 95 hour advanced children yoga teacher training program, taught by Haris Lender herself. This has earned her RCYT status. In addition, Amber is also a 500hr registered yoga teacher (RYT) and a Yoga Alliance Member. Prior to teaching yoga to children, Amber worked as a physical therapist assistant helping children with special needs for over 15 years. She continually strives to learn all she can to help children reach their fullest potential.

There will not be any assigned homework for this series however the participates will be encouraged to practice what they've learned to increase their self-growth. Students may choose to finish their journal entries outside of class time if they did not finish during the time given. Your teen may choose to work on their flow series outside of class if they decide they want a turn to share what they have created during class time.0 - 1 每週課外時間

Ie: shorts, leggings, t-shirt, tank top. -Students may prefer to have something to cover their eyes and/or body during the deep relaxation portion of the class (savasana).
