Ready, Set, Learn...Sight Words

In this multi-day class, learners will practice sight words with a workbook and songs.  Learners will work with the teacher to complete two pages of their Ready, Set, Learn, Sight Words book per class.  The teacher will use a magnetic letter board to help students identifying and recognize the sight word. The board will be used to understand the spelling and pronunciation.  (Optional: Learners may have their own magnetic board and letters to manipulate the word).  At the end of the lesson, the teacher will encourage all the learners to use the sight word in a sentence of their own creation. 

Each lesson will include:
-Tracing

-Spelling
-Identifying the missing letters
