Your learner will learn how to separate eggs. We will be using the egg white to bake up a amazing cake, which is crispy on the outside and light and fluffy on the inside. Learners will have the option of making a fruit compote or using fresh fruit. Which we will do in the first section. In their second section, learners will make their boxed pudding and whip up their whipcream, then assemble their cake. Learners will be using the oven, stove top, and knifes during class. Students will learn baking and measurements skills, and get to see what a amazing dessert they bake up that could be eaten year round. This will be a perfect conversation starter at any social gathering they take it to.
I have a love of baking, and want share it with all those, wanting to learn basics and advance techniques in the kitchen.
