Join our interactive online cooking classes for kids, where your child can cook alongside an experienced chef from the comfort of your home. 

These virtual cooking sessions are designed to be engaging and educational, providing a fun way for your child to develop their culinary skills.

In each class, I will guide your student through the recipe step by step, ensuring we progress together at a comfortable pace. With a dedicated camera focused on the workstation, your child will have a clear view of every technique and detail, making it easy to follow along and replicate the process.

Our interactive format allows your student to ask questions in real-time, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Additionally, these classes offer a fantastic opportunity for your child to meet new friends who share a passion for cooking.

By participating in our online cooking classes, your child will gain valuable culinary knowledge and experience the joy of creating delicious dishes from scratch. Encourage your young chef to embark on this exciting culinary journey today!

Tailored for Beginners and Intermediates: Our carefully curated dishes cater to both beginner and intermediate young chefs. With a focus on seasonal recipes, your child will learn to use fresh, in-season ingredients. Every third week, we'll explore an international cuisine, introducing diverse flavors from around the globe.

Healthy Cooking Techniques: 
Not only will your child master delicious recipes, but they'll also discover ways to make meals healthier.

Versatile Learning for All Students: Ideal for after-school programs, homeschoolers, and those interested in virtual cooking classes for kids, our sessions offer something for everyone.

From Scratch Cooking: Students will learn to prepare recipes from scratch, building fundamental culinary skills.

Boost Kitchen Confidence: As they learn new techniques, your child will become more confident in the kitchen.

STEAM Skills Development: Cooking and baking provide practical applications of measurement and math, enhancing STEAM learning

 If your student has any allergies, please contact me and I would be happy to provide you with a recipe with substitutions. This also applies to students that wish to join the class but may need vegetarian friendly substitutions. I have personally followed a vegetarian diet for many years and will be happy to make sure your student feels included. 

Please be advised that sometimes we may run over the scheduled time. In this class we will only cook or bake the main entree listed. I will list suggestions on the classroom page for side dishes that you can add on your own to round out a meal.

While kitchen safety will be addressed in each class, parental supervision is recommended for students who are not familiar with the use of the oven, stove top, knives and other kitchen equipment we will use. If your student has any allergies and you need a recipe with substitutions, please contact me for a personalized recipe.
供應清單
The recipe that will be posted each week will also contain a supply list. The supply list will list everything your student needs to have in place before class starts. For example, gathering ingredients, bowls, baking dishes, measuring cups etc. Usually these items are already in your kitchen. This is called Mise En Place and I would list this on each recipe for class.

My second degree is in Culinary Arts and I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Miami. Since graduation, some of my industry experience includes cooking at a Disney Resort as well as Catering for Aramark. I have also owned my own catering and cake business. I have taught cooking and baking classes to both adults and kids online and in person.  

I enjoy baking and cooking in my kitchen. I also enjoy sharing my knowledge with kids, including my own elementary school son. Baking and Cooking are one of our favorite classes to do together in our homeschool.  

I am so excited to be able to share my knowledge and look forward to seeing your student in class!
