At Sweet T’s Baking & Cooking Class, we believe that cooking is an art form. We teach our students to approach cooking & baking with creativity and passion, and to take pride in their work. We believe that cooking & baking should be enjoyable as well as challenging, and we strive to make our classes both fun and educational. In this weekly ongoing class we will bake a sweet or savory dish from scratch to semi scratch each week. Some of the dishes we will be baking: cookies, brownies,...
Learners will gain confidence in their kitchen as they learn to prepare new recipes each week.
I enjoy sharing my love of baking and cooking with children of all ages.

All recipes will be give at end of class, as I like to keep everyone at the same pace. No one to far ahead or to far behind. Supply list for each week will be posted 3-4 days in advance. Some pantry ingredients we’ll be using in class on a weekly basis. Flour Sugar Brown sugar Baking Soda Baking Powder Cornstarch Salt Butter Eggs Some classes we’ll use yeast Kitchen supplies Measuring cups Measuring spoons Mixing bowls Spatula Cupcake pan regular or mini Cupcake liners regular or mini depending on your cupcake pan. electric hand mixer Baking/cooking spray Cookie sheet Can opener Baking pan

Younger learners may need help turning on oven and removing hot pan from their hot oven. In some classes will be using a hand held mixer, blender, stovetop and/or microwave. On occasion we may use a knife, please be available for younger learners if they need your help. If your child has any allergies or dietary restrictions, please contact me and I’ll suggest something in place of it.
