In this class, I will introduce students to the basics of crochet. At the beginning of class, I will share information about yarn and crochet hooks. Then, I will model the following skills: forming a slip knot, crocheting a chain, and single crochet. I will model each step as many times as needed for students to feel confident with each skill. I learned to crochet as a child. It has always been a favorite activity of mine, and I would love to share it with you! I have made scarves, hats, blankets, sweaters, and other projects.
