課堂經歷
In this ongoing class, learners will meet once a week to create a teacher-directed seasonal craft. Materials will typically be items you already have in your home, but the supply list will always be listed a few weeks in advance. Learners will be shown step by step how to complete each craft. Students will have opportunities to practice cutting skills, pre-writing skills (tracing / coloring), and following directions. If time allows, the class will include an book related to our craft. Parents will need to supervise classes that use scissors. If a craft includes painting, it is possible we won't be able to finish it during class. Parents are encouraged to help their child finish the final steps of the project together. **Please see the SUPPLY LIST section below for a list of specific materials needed** Week of September 15: Fall Tree Week of September 24: Leaf Art Week of September 29: Paper Plate Apple Week of October 6: Paper Plate Scarecrow Week of October 13: Paper Bag Pumpkin Week of October 20: Spider Web Week of October 27: Monsters Future week's crafts are to be determined.

I have taught special education in school for 3 years and now have been teaching online for 5 years. I take great joy in helping students become responsible and independent!
