Yoga mat is optional! Create a calm environment for stretching and meditation. A clean floor with blankets and pillows can be used as props to help the body rinse out and completely relax

This class is for all levels of experience and abilities. Students should be in a quiet space with any pillows, blankets, and comfort items. Some moments for optional sharing throughout the class but mostly this is designed for the student to listen and observe themselves for a greater understanding of mind/body awareness.
