We all are spending a lot of time indoors and often by our work/study desk. But our body needs movement and alignment. To give your child a little break, I invite you to book my class for a short stretch and movement routine. 
This class will include gentle stretching and moving exercises targeted to stretch student's neck, shoulders, back and side body and improving the overall sitting posture. Additionally, students will be encouraged to concentrate on their breath, giving their brain a little bit of a break and making this class a moving meditation.
No previous experience is required. This class is perfect for any body type, as I try to always offer students modifications for any exercise or posture. Please send me a message (before class) about any preexisting health conditions that student might have or any recent surgeries or unresolved pains/issues. 
Students will practice right from their desks, using only the chair as prop. No yoga mat is required. Comfortable clothing would be beneficial. Drinking water advisable.

Please note: Like with any other physical activity, injuries can occur if students are not supervised. Yoga is not a substitute for medical diagnosis and treatment. Yoga practice might not be recommended for individuals with certain preexisting health issues. Please consult your doctor before practicing. Students are always encouraged to listen to their body. Pain and strong discomfort are signs that the student should slowly come out of the pose and maybe choose a different variation of the posture. Please send me a message (before class) about any preexisting health conditions that student might have or any recent surgeries or unresolved pains/issues.

There are no judgments in my classes, and no previous experience is required. Starting practicing yoga is never too early and it is never too late. Also, there is no better day then today!
