Experiencia de clase

In this engaging and informative class, students learn the fundamentals of exercise and nutrition, tailored specifically for young learners aged 10-14, including:

•	Exercise Fundamentals: We’ll cover the basics of physical activity, including different types of exercises, the importance of warming up and cooling down, and how to create a balanced workout routine.
  
•	Nutritional Essentials: Students will learn about essential nutrients, balanced diets, and how to make healthier food choices. We’ll also discuss how nutrition supports physical activity and overall well-being.

My classes are interactive and fun, utilizing slides, videos and live demonstrations to make learning dynamic and engaging.

There's plenty of opportunities for students to ask questions and discuss the topics they're most interested in, while ensuring they fully understand and can implement the concepts we cover.

Orientación para padres
This class covers topics related to exercise and nutrition, which may touch on body image, healthy eating habits, and physical activity. While the content is designed to be age-appropriate and positive, discussions about these topics could be sensitive for some learners, particularly those who may have experience with body image issues or eating disorders. Parents are encouraged to ensure their child is comfortable with discussing these subjects. Safety Precautions: • Exercise Demonstrations: During live demonstrations of exercises, students are encouraged to follow along. It is important that they have a safe, open space to move in, free of any potential hazards, to prevent injury. Students should wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear. Having a water bottle handy, is also recommended. Additionally, parental supervision is recommended to ensure proper form and safety, especially for exercises that require balance or coordination. Where stretching is necessary to minimise injury, we will do this in class as well. • Nutritional Discussions: The class will provide general guidance on nutrition and healthy eating. However, it is not a substitute for personalized dietary advice from a healthcare professional. If your child has specific dietary needs, allergies, or health concerns, please consult with a healthcare provider before making any changes to their diet based on the class content.

With extensive experience coaching and working with youth, including serving as a personal trainer for a high school sports academy training program, I am passionate about helping young learners develop healthy habits that will last a lifetime.
