The teachers at Happy Kids Nutrition Academy have extensive knowledge and experience in exploring the intersection of food and culture.

We have have taught courses on food culture and identity, and have written extensively on the topic of food and culture.

By the end of this class, students will have gained a deeper understanding of the complex relationships between food, culture, and identity, and will have developed a greater appreciation for the diversity of food traditions and practices around the world.
