Bill of Rights Day in the United States is December 15th. Join me as we look at the history and significance of this document. We'll understand why the Bill of Right was added to the US Constitution and how amendments have changed the Constitution since 1789. We'll also explore the group of people who supported the document, known as Federalists, and the group of Anti-Federalists who were against the ratification of the Constitution. Through the use of primary sources, Google Slides and a trivia review game, we'll understand what the Bill of Rights is and why it matters. Together, let's grow our minds just like the US Constitution has grown with a changing, developing and diverse nation. No prior knowledge is required for this class.
