YouTube and TikTok require content creators to be at least 13 years of age to have an account, so a parent/guardian will need to create any accounts for their child to upload videos. You should monitor the videos that your child uploads, to make sure they aren't sharing inappropriate/personal information. If you are not comfortable with your child uploading their videos, there's no need to create an account.
