My professional experience includes stage and live performance, television and film, commericals, music videos, and regional theatre productions. My experience expands to assistant choreographer for independent and mainstream music artists.
I approach my classes with an developmental perspective involving mind, body and authentic connection. It's important that students are involved in a space that promotes self-confidence and authenticity while strengthening mental and physical abilities. My teaching focuses on self-discovery and self-empowerment within an all-inclusive safe space for students to openly express themselves through movement, storytelling, and an array of other creative mediums.
