I have been the Coordinator for a hospital-based sleep disorders lab for the last eight years and am a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist. I have worked with thousands of patients over the years with sleep disorders and one of the most common questions is about their dreams. How do dreams and science fit together? Well, dreams have a purpose for your brain! As a former middle school science teacher, let me lead your student on a quest to understand dreams.
None.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Learner progress is assessed via student-teacher interaction during class. No grades will be given.

Students will be encouraged to share their dreams they have journaled before class, but must not be inappropriate.
