Class Experience
Defining why we all need sleep. Be able to express the different ways in which other animals obtain sleep.
I have been the Coordinator for a hospital-based sleep disorders lab for the last eight years and am a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist. I have worked with thousands of patients over the years with sleep disorders. In fact, part of our testing to become sleep professionals included knowing about the sleep in other animals! Prior to that, I was a middle school science teacher for 10 years and currently homeschool my 11-year-old daughter. I have my Bachelors in Biology and my Masters in Healthcare Administration.
