Class Experience

During this live, one-time class, we will dance to Bluey music! 
Each learner will introduce themselves with their favorite Bluey Episode. We will play different dance games to Bluey Music! We will play dance mode, musical statues, Old Macdonald, and much more! 
 
Titles we will dance to: 
 Who Likes to Dance?, The Grannies, I Love Cereal, The Claw, The Theme Song, and more. 

Learners will be sent activity pages following our class together! 

*we will dance for the full 25 minutes, so please bring water!*

Other Details

Parental Guidance

There is risk with any sort of movement/exercise class. Please be sure to make the instructor aware of any health complications or extra risk that the student may have that could prevent the safety of the learner. Adequate space, proper attire, and a water bottle may be wanted for this class.

External Resources

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others! 

I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more. 

 My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (8) youngest daughter (6), and then the littlest one is 3years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha! 

Being a mama myself, I  try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls! 

I offer discounts to siblings, love to work with groups that want to dance together online, and I am always willing to work with you on group discounts, multi-class discounts, and one-on-one private lessons!
