This is a live, one-time class. Following introductions, we will discuss the recycled materials we have for our craft. We will be creating a recycled rainbow with different colored materials we have around our house. We will read "Fancy Nancy: Everyday is Earth Day" and talk about ways we try to be kind to our Earth. We will discuss throughout our book the ways we can try to be kind to our earth. Following our story, we will dance to some fun Earth Day Music. After some dancing, we will complete our craft.

Parental Guidance
With any sort of physical activity it is important to wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and take the necessary safety precautions. Learners should inform the instructor of any restrictions or any health and safety issues that are of concern.

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others!
I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more.
My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (8) youngest daughter (6), and then the littlest one is 3years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha!
Being a mama myself, I try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls!
