Class Experience
In this one time class, students will learn the basic skills of telling time to the hour. This beginner class is for ages 5-7. We will discuss the parts of the clock. We will discuss increments of time (seconds, minutes and hours). Learners will discuss tasks that can be completed in different increments of time. Students will learn how to tell time to the hour. Students will be able to view the lesson slides as well as my personal teaching clock. I believe that having hands on teaching...
Students will learn the parts of the clock: the face, the hour hand and the minute hand. Students will learn increments of time such as seconds, minutes and hours. Students will learn how to tell time to the hour.
No homework is assigned.
1 file available upon enrollmentA one page worksheet will be provided for students to print and bring to class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
