Sharks 101
In this class, children will learn the anatomy, diet, and habitats of sharks through discussions, video, and plenty of socialization. We will also draw a shark at the end of class.

US Grade Preschool - 1
In this class, the learners will have many opportunities to discuss their knowledge or experiences with sharks. Maybe, they have seen one at an aquarium, in a movie, or have a favorite toy shark. We would love to hear about it in class. The learners will see real pictures of sharks, a short video, and learn about the anatomy of a shark (gills, tail ,fins, teeth, and eyes). At the end of class, we will play a game of "Feed the Shark" to learn what sharks eat and do not eat. We will also have fun learning to draw a basic shark outline. I believe children learn best in fun environments where they can have opportunities to share their knowledge and experiences, talk with others, and ask questions. I hope to see you soon!

I have been teaching for the last 27 years in a variety of settings. I have worked with children 3 to 12 years of age.
