Class Experience

NOTE: If your learner is interested in this class but there are currently no times scheduled that work for them, PLEASE reach out to me - I would be very happy to arrange a time that will work better for their schedule!

In this one-time class students will create their own butterfly Valentine's Day cards with doodle art inspired by Zentangle that they can send to family & friends!

I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts, as well as an Associates degree in Digital Photography & a Certificate in Digital Design. My professional career has been in the graphic design & photography fields. My personal life includes many creative hobbies & pursuits, including drawing, painting, jewelry making, cross stitch, crochet & book making.

* at least two blank cards to draw on; these can be purchased or made by folding a piece of paper in half (NOTE: printer paper is not best for this project because it is very thin & markers bleed through)
* black fine point marker (Ultra Fine Point Sharpie, Micron, Gel pens)
* colored pencils or crayons

50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
