Have you ever been late turning in a school assignment? Do you procrastinate starting to work on a large project and then have to cram the day before just to hand something in? Do deadlines and grades stress you out? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this is the class for you! During one 50 minute session, we will go over... 1. How to set up a free Google Calendar 2. How to enter all types of school assignments onto the calendar 3. How to enter personal and recreational events onto the calendar 4. How to customize the calendar with colors and pictures 5. How to break large assignments into workable tasks 6. How to use Google Keep as a companion to Google Calendar 7. How to set reminders so you never forget a task Bring a list of tasks you want or need to accomplish. We will work together to make sure you start off on the right foot and are ready to succeed in school, at work, and in life! After the class ends, you will receive a few handouts and "digital goodies" to help you continue using Calendar and Keep as well as remember what you learned in class. * Students should set up a free Google account prior to the class meeting date. ** This course is set up as a coaching session. Students will be asked to actively perform each task on their own calendar as they are being taught. At the end of the session, every student should leave with a calendar that is partially or completely filled out for the upcoming month.

Parental Guidance
Parental permission should be granted for students to either set up their own Google account or access a family/parent account.
Supply List
Students will need a laptop, desktop, tablet, or smartphone with access to Google apps. They will also need to set up a free Google account prior to the class. The Google account can be in the form of a personal account, school account or parent account.
