Has your learner ever joined a Beginner Spanish class and felt as if it was too difficult? Did they lack the foundation in Spanish necessary to participate and excel in the class material? If your learner has ever experienced this, then you’ve found the perfect class to help them start learning Spanish by building up a strong foundation. In this class, we will learn new vocabulary words related to basics, such as the alphabet, numbers, greetings, the family, pets, months, days, and more! This 12-week ongoing class is a perfect introduction for learners who have no experience in Spanish and those who want a thorough introduction to the Spanish language. As I teach the class, I will use a combination of English and Spanish with the students to teach and ask questions. This class is a fun way to start learning Spanish (no prior experience necessary!). Students will be provided with a handout to print or students can choose to use a blank piece of paper and pencil to write down notes and examples from the lesson. Join the class any week as new topics will be discussed according to the schedule below! Week of April 1st will cover the Alphabet in Spanish. Week of April 8th will cover Numbers 0-10 in Spanish. When students have completed all 12 lessons, I recommend advancing to the next class to continue their language learning. I personally have two possible options: Beginner Spanish Conversations class and the Intensive Beginner Spanish class. The Beginner Spanish Conversations class meets once a week with a heavy focus on gaining vocabulary knowledge and practicing with the new words. The Intensive Beginner Spanish class meets twice a week with a focus on learning new vocabulary through reading stories and conversations in Spanish. You can find the links for both classes below to read more about them and choose the best option for your learner. Reach out if you have any questions!
