Class Experience

US Grade 1 - 3
Learners will engage in various aspects of word problems: what is being asked, numbers provided in the text, context clues to help indicate necessary math operations, and checking the answer reached. Slides will be shared to visually reinforce the focus of the lesson and keep learners engaged. Lessons will include introducing and explaining the material and asking students to participate in answering questions. Learners will have skills reinforced through review slides and several practice problems.

I hold a degree in Psychology and an MBA, a 150-hour master teacher certificate for teaching English as a second language courses and have served as a college counselor for almost 5 years advising students and families on the college acceptance process.
