Writing Can Be Fun With Figurative Language 📝

Learners will be taught figurative language terms that I will provide ahead of class. In class, we will review the terms and spot examples in text. We will then write our own examples together! After we review and practice writing our own examples, we will put together a short story using some of the terms and examples we came up with! Homework Offered
Learners are encouraged to review the figurative language terms before class begins. Time needed for reviewing the terms for familiarity depends on the learner. Approximately 30 minutes to an hour should be spent reviewing the terms.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
