Beginner - Advanced Level
Class starts with a brief introduction to somatic movement and then we hold a community centering practice. Students will then move to prompts. Class ends with a short rest and goodbye. This class allows students to feel and move their bodies in ways that are right for them; there are no right or wrong ways to move as long as they are safe and comfortable. Music is played as background sound.

This class is designed to support learners of all abilities and disabilities using inclusive language and accessible prompts. It helps people with chronic pain, adhd, ptsd, migraines, and trauma. Students practice where they are comfortable

California Teaching Certificate in Social Studies/History
I am trained as a movement and classroom teacher. I teach moving meditation for all ages and was trained by Michaela Boehm and Yoga4Classrooms among others. I hold a PreK-12 teaching credential.
