US Grade 1 - 4
As a classroom teacher with over 12 years of experience, as well as training in research based intensive reading intervention programs, my students experience significant improvements and confidence in their reading abilities. After assessing your child, I will personalize their sessions to target exactly what is holding them back from being a successful reader. Each session will include direct instruction of these skills using a variety of techniques from the Science of Reading, UFLI, the Lindamood Bell Phonetic Sequencing program, Visualizing and Verbalizing, and Wilson and Rosner strategies. I will be in contact with you, as a parent, to continuously update you on your child’s progress and to answer any questions you may have. **I’d be happy to work with your schedule. Please contact me to arrange a day/time that works for you!

Other Details
Pre-Requisites
Whether your child is completely unable to read, or is an experienced reader facing some particular difficulties, I will assess them on the first day and develop a personalized instructional plan to best support your child.

Any necessary files will be uploaded prior to each class.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
