Teacher expertise and credentials
Hi my name is Joseph Anikewich and I am offering classes in music appreciation, introduction to music theory, instrument discipline (performance) and composition. I am also going to offer classes in Apple Logic Pro for recording and how to mix and master your own music.
I have been a professional musician educator for over 25 years. I hold a degree in Music Bsc In American Music Dance and Theater and have studied at Berkeley School of music in Boston MA.
I believe every student is an individual and my approach to teaching is first finding out how to meet my student where they are in their growth process. I believe every student to have a unique voice and talent to bring to music and encourage bringing that song out. My method brings together the physical and mental aspects of breathing with physical skill to perform better.
I’m a father of four, three of my children are below the age of 9. I love playing video games with my kids, baseball and other fun games.
