Homework
1-2 hours per week. Students will be assigned specific homework each week based on need. In class evaluation will help determine what the student will need to develop during the course of the week, ahead of the next class.Class Experience
Each week we'll uncover more of the world of drums and percussion. Topics covered include... reading drum set styles (jazz, rock, country, funk, latin, etc) technique coordination for drum set rudimental playing (including drum line) classical percussion such as marimba, timpani auxiliary percussion (triangle, shaker, tambourine, etc) theory, and more! There will be plenty of interaction with the student because its one-on-one! There is no previous experience required. Just a love for learning and an interest in percussion!

I'm blessed with an amazing wife, 3 wonderful children, 1 always-hungry dog, and 7 chickens!
