Class Experience

In this one-time class, students will learn how to take responsibility for their actions. We will read the engaging and relatable book, But It's Not My Fault, by Julia Cook, about a boy who blames others for his actions. We will follow up with discussion, an activity, and a writing prompt. Part of our discussion will involve focusing on things we can control versus things we cannot control. There will be many opportunities to share thoughts with the group or write thoughts privately.
