In this one-time class, students will learn how to take responsibility for their actions. We will read the engaging and relatable book, But It's Not My Fault, by Julia Cook, about a boy who blames others for his actions. We will follow up with discussion, an activity, and a writing prompt. Part of our discussion will involve focusing on things we can control versus things we cannot control.
